Change HDMI Auto to Fixed
Sometimes the HDMI Cable creates an issue in Vizio Soundbar due to which it keeps turning at full volume.
It has two main issues, it might be a break inside, or if you are using the cable box there will be an audio setting. In Audio Setting you should change the HDMI Auto to HDMI Fixed.
Doing so will solve your problem.

The conflict between device and program can also be the reason why your Vizio soundbar turns at full volume. Check the audio setting of the TV specifically the SRS Tru volume.
Follow the below steps to turn off the SRS True Volume option.
- Open the menu tab on your device.
- Navigate to the Audio settings of the device.
- Now click on advanced audio it will show SRS TrueVolume.

- After this go back to the Audio out/optical.
Check Bluetooth
Sometimes the Vizio Soundbar has issues with Bluetooth connectivity. The sound volume issue might occur when your Soundbar is out of the approximate distance from the device.
This distance should be 3.5 meters. Or maybe problems with Bluetooth connectivity so you try to connect with a smartphone.
You should also first disable Bluetooth and remove all previously paired devices.

The Vizio Soundbar might be fixed with the reset, Bluetooth connection, HDMI Cable, and adjusted sound setting. Keep both Vizio soundbar and Device at normal temperature for best results.
