- Turn on your UE Speaker by pressing the power button.
- Make sure your UE Speaker and iPhone are proximately distance.
- Press the Bluetooth button of the UE Speaker, the white light will be blinking on the indicator of the UE Speaker.
- Now open the settings on your mobile phone and tap on the Bluetooth option.
- There will be showing the names of the list,
- tap on your UE Speaker name, and connect to the device.
- The white light will be stable on the indicator of the UE Speaker which means the speaker is paired with the iPhone.
Why Won’t UE Speakers Connect to iPhone?
Outdated firmware
If your UE Speaker is not connecting to the iPhone it might be due to an outdated software issue. Download the UE Speaker the latest version of the Firmware software and then check it.

- To upgrade to the latest version, download the UE Speaker app on your iPhone and connect the UE Speaker to your mobile phone.
- Open the UE app and navigate to the “More” option.
- If the update is available the More option will show the red notification.
- Now tap the Update option and the latest version will start the download.
- After download, it is automatically installed on your UE Speaker.
Software issues

Firstly you need to reset your UE Speaker to remove all speaker settings such as WiFi settings, Alexa credentials, etc.
To perform a factory resetting.
- Press the power button and the volume down button at the same time for 10 seconds.
